I have never used Webflow. Can I still use these templates?

Yes. Every Metrik template is built to be edited without code. You change text and images directly on the page, and the built-in CMS.

What makes Metrik templates different?

Metrik templates are content-rich and CMS-driven. You get many pages, dozens of designed sections, real CMS collections, and native Webflow interactions, so your site looks custom and is easy to manage yourself.

You can update everything without a developer, and you always get support directly from the template author.

What does component-based mean?

Component-based means the key sections of a template are built as reusable components. Change a component once, such as the navigation, footer or a card, and it updates everywhere it appears.

This makes editing faster and keeps the design consistent. My newest templates are built this way.

What is Webflow website design platform?

Webflow is a cloud-based design tool that allows users to build highly customizable, responsive websites without the need for extensive coding knowledge.‍

It combines a fully featured CMS (Content Management System) with powerful design and animation tools. Webflow is known for its visual web design interface, which lets you manipulate elements directly on the page rather than using a separate panel like many traditional web design tools. It's a powerful platform for web designers, developers, business owners, and digital marketers to create and manage websites of all sizes and types.

Webflow pricing - free and paid plans.

Webflow offers a free Starter plan, which is perfect for trying the platform and building your site before publishing it to a custom domain.

To publish on your own domain you need a paid Site plan:

Basic is for simple, static sites without a CMS.
Premium is the right choice for content-rich, CMS-driven templates like Metrik's, since it includes the CMS and higher limits.
Enterprise is for large organisations, with custom pricing.

Webflow updated its Site plans in 2026, so for the latest prices and limits please check the official Webflow pricing page.

What does editing content with AI and the Webflow MCP mean?

The Webflow MCP server connects AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code directly to your Webflow project. You describe what you want in plain language, and the AI agent makes the changes for you through Webflow's official APIs. There is no need to write code or API calls yourself.

In practice, this means you can update text, CMS items, pages and SEO settings across your entire site in one conversation. For example, ask the AI to update your opening hours everywhere they appear, rewrite all service descriptions in a friendlier tone, or add a batch of new blog posts to the CMS. The agent always works within your existing Webflow permissions, so you stay in control of what it can access.

Metrik templates are a great fit for this workflow. Every template is structured, content-rich and CMS-driven, so AI agents can navigate the content cleanly and make precise changes without breaking the design. The newest templates are also fully component-based, which makes site-wide edits even faster.

A few things still need to be done manually in the Designer, such as Webflow Interactions, but for managing content the MCP is a genuine time saver.

Can I change the colors in the template?

Yes you can! Webflow has a global swatches feature that allows you to manage colors easily. You can create a set of colors that you can use throughout the site without remembering their values. To create a swatch, click the "Swatches" button in the color picker, name the swatch, and select a color.

Even if you change the primary colors of your Webflow template, specific elements may have their own color sets. In this case, you'll need to edit these elements individually.

Can I export the template for other CMS or as a static page?

Yes you can. You can download the template and host it on a different server without attributing back to Webflow. The Single-Use License applies to the template when it is hosted on Webflow, another server, or your computer.

In other words ...
You can do anything to a template and use it for one project or sell it to one person/business. You can also purchase a new license if you want to use a newly purchased or customized template for another person/business/project.

Can I use an ecommerce template for a non-ecommerce website?

Yes, you can use an ecommerce website template for a non-ecommerce website in Webflow.

If you don't use the ecommerce features, purchasing a Webflow ecommerce plan is unnecessary. Instead, you can use this template with a CMS (non-ecommerce) plan.

If you choose this way, you might need some adjustments:

First, remove all the ecommerce website elements that you're not using. Then make sure you clean styles and interactions in the panel.
You won't be able to delete some pages that are built for ecommerce, like the product, category, and checkout pages. You can add a "no index no follow" script in the head code.
This tells search engines not to pay attention to these pages. It's a good way to keep things tidy.

Do you provide a Figma design file?

All Metrik's website templates are designed directly in Webflow so, unfortunately, I don't have a Figma file.

Do you provide template support?

Yes, as a template author, I provide support for my customers.

Here are a few more options for translating your website:

Duplicating Pages

One solution is to duplicate all static and CMS pages to a new folder, such as www.site.com/de. This method is suitable for small sites.

Duplicating the Project

Another approach is to duplicate the entire project as a new site, with a different language version (e.g., www.site.com and www.site.de). This option is ideal if you want to have complete control over the design and content of a specific project.

Using Third-Party Apps

Perhaps the easiest and fastest solution is to use third-party apps such as Weglot, Polyflow or Linguana.
